Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that is delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

how do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at xeist644mx54@163.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
